This piece was created in response to concerns about locked gates, ending caretaker programs, and development surrounding some local parks, including the one next to Neilson's home.
After a provincial call to artists on the theme of "Fences" at Two Rivers Public Art Gallery in Prince George, it was exhibited January to April 2018. It was then also selected for the October 2020 Artists for Conservation Festival, for exhibition in Vancouver, and for the Lakehead Arts Integrated Research (LAIR Galleries) 2024 juried exhibit.
